Worst experience at 11:21 am 21st January 2025 who hand over to phone to someone else.

I called Malaysians embassy to discuss a question the lady who handover to someone else literally doesn't have manners to talk and answered very rudely and i have multiple entry visa, the question which i ask is to go thailand from malaysia and this it literally says multiple entry visa but she asked ne to apply again. I asked the authorities to escalate the situaltion and hire someone professional and educated That lady was literally screaming on me without even listening properly, will approach higher authorities regarding her way of talking. will never go back to malaysia...

5 stars to all the staff in the office. Good service, answering phone calls promptly, all questions answered in a very helpful manner and prompt email replies too. Another 5 stars go to Gina and Alice who help us with directions on my wife stolen passport and how to get a new one. Also I got my passport renewed in May 2021. I would be jobless and back to Malaysia during this covid-19 difficult time if my passport was not renewed promptly at this Consulate-General in Perth. If there are more stars I can give, it will go to Consulate-General of Malaysia in Perth. We overseas working Malaysians needed all the help and support we can get. Keep up the good work....

Gina is so amazing! Feels much happier after calling the Consulate. Was so worried about my visa application but Gina told me don’t worry and guided me through my options. Here in Australia I have get used to that fact that the oz gov is sloooow, and as a Chinese, I am sick of the arrogance of my own country’s gov workers. I used to study and live in Malaysia for 4 year and Malaysian gov workers always make me happy, no hassle.
