Chatime Townsville — Restaurant in Pimlico

Recently showed up 30minutes before advertised closing time (i checked multiple times to be sure and checked when I got here as they seemed to be cleaning) and was told that they were closed but one of the servers didn't seem too sure and the other server was a bit rude when saying they were closed. Lights were still on, so were the ordering screens and everything was still out. As I walked away I looked back to see that they were serving someone and then another person walked up and they served them aswell. It really put me off buying from this particular Chatime as staff seemed to be choosing who they felt like serving at the time and it seemed extremely unprofessional. It's good to have a big name bubble tea store in Townsville. The bubble tea from here is widely variable, which is unlike my own experiences with Chatime stores in Brisbane. Here, you can get a fabulous drink one time, then a very watery milk tea another time. What is most frustrating about this store is that they consistently close before their advertised closing time.
