10/06/2020 around 10.30am if the manager would like to check which staff were on. I brought a cappuccino which was made within seconds. Giving two stars for the quick service but however when I said Thank You have a nice day. I was ignored as the staff were having a conversation. The cappuccino was boiling hot two hot for the cardboard takeaway cup. I didn't bother asking for a second cup as I didn't want to be ignored again so I carried it carefully.
