Donut King Castletown K02 — Restaurant in Queensland

This particular DK is the absolute top of the pops. It's by far the best store in Townsville and one of the best ones I've ever been to overall. I don't live in Tsv but for a brief moment in time I worked in Castletown and had to very rapidly limit myself to one visit a week. Otherwise I'd need a bigger car ! The staff seem to change each visit except the more mature lady who is usually there. Thank goodness because she is a treasure. Their stock is always well presented, the kiosk is too. And even tho it goes without saying, I'm still going to say it ..... the absolute bestest coffee in the whole of everywhere is DK coffee. Don't mess with a good thing DK - you really...

Today, I went there to get some afternoon tea. I witnessed the most rudest staff ever and the customer service was just utterly disgusting. A customer split their drink on the THEIR table and one of the staff(tall girl) called one of the cleaner and asked the cleaner to wipe THEIR table. Instead of asking the cleaner nicely she YELLED at her and even treated to call centre manage on the cleaner. I am just saying its not the cleaners job to wipe THEIR. ALSo the cleaner was also SWEEPING THEIR OWN MESS DURING THAT TIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO...

Yesterday we had the best experience with the help of the lovely ladies working in the morning, we had a request if they had both pink and blue donuts, so we could give the envelope of our babies gender and have donuts in the colour and take them to a nice place to open. When we called they didn't have blue donuts but were so helpful & specially made white donuts to put the coloured sprinkles on!! Thank you so so much!! & they were even decorated with little dummy decorations. Thanks for going out of your way to make an amazing experience for us, what better way to celebrate then...
