Agostina — Restaurant in Port Macquarie

Good restaurants are rated not only on how good the food is but the whole experience and let me tell you Last night we had pretty bad experience with this restaurant . the customer service is really bad it is like they wanted us to eat so we can pay and leave . The service was very slow and the food was average, every time we ordered something we felt like they are doing us a favour !we never felt welcomed and the bar manager was really dry and unfriendly . Honestly I think they should either take a course in “ good customer service” something like how to be NICE would help or just get new staff !! We were a group of 10 and we will never go back again or recommend this restaurant to anyone! Go spend your money somewhere...

This is a favourite when in Port. Whilst the name "Agostinas Fine Food and Catering" doesn't really indicate that it is an everyday drop in cafe/coffee spot it is definitely the place to go. Food is at an everyday cost but is top restaurant quality. I always treat myself to a lunch pack - have yet to get there for a breakfast. We have also used Agostinas to cater for a conference and the clients could not believe their luck. Excellent coffee and service....

Wow, wow, wow! These guys did food for our wedding and it was amazing, so fresh, so full of flavour and the service was awesome, friendly, easy going and stress free. The coffee we grabbed while popping by was also delish. Everything was really well priced as well, great value and a great product.
