The customer service was extremely poor and the cashier answered her mobile phone mid way through me ordering. I bought a gluten free chocolate banana bread and it got put in the oven that looked extremely dirty without anything underneath it and i am coeliac so it could have made me extremely sick. I did not eat it because of how poor the cooking conditions were that i was seeing standing there watching. The girl did not even greet us as we walked in also bought a spinach and feta roll that got microwaved and then put in the same oven next to the gluten free banana bread which could also have contaminated it. The banana bread was rock hard when i got it and i chucked it in the bin because i was not risking getting sick. i was extremely disappointed with the customer service we experienced and will not be supporting gloria jeans again due to the horrific conditions experienced. i would give a zero star...

During the billing process, I was nearly overcharged; however, the manager, who was diligently overseeing the transactions, promptly identified the discrepancy by cross-verifying the system entries and corrected the bill before I proceeded with the payment. I truly appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism displayed in handling the situation.

I placed my order - had cash and loyalty card, ready to hand it over. The cashier refused to scan my loyalty card, stating she already put the order through as “eftpos”. I requested her multiple times to start a new transaction (I’m paying cash !!!) and scan my loyalty card. She appeared so lazy and didn’t feel like doing it. I took my money and went elsewhere. She didn’t offer any solution; no apology, no nothing. They don’t care about customers, yet alone even “act” like they care.
