I cannot thank them more for the great experience. The food was good, for light and enlightened sashimi. The kimchi stew was also delicious, the crews were friendly. Especially when my wife accidentally forgot her handbag at the shop, she was desperately looking for it and we even went to the police station for a report. Oliver and Lee from the restaurant were super nice, and helped us to find the handbag. Like I said, I cannot thank them more for saving my trip to prevent my wife going crazy. I cancelled the rest of my trip due to the incident, and Oriental Spoon was giving me back my holiday which I deserve. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back often. Love, Hui.

Oriental Spoon is my go to Asian eatery in Port Macquarie. Why do I say that? Because not only is it Korean cuisine, but you can also get Japanese dishes there too, like Sushi and Ramen (note, none of the Japanese Restaurants in Port Macquarie do Ramen... and it's the Japanese staple) Service is great... it is often done by a young asian girl who remembers everything and doesn't write it down.. typically a skill only seen in prestige resturants. Prices are fair and the quality is great. I recommend this hidden gem to everyone.

First time to eat here with my young family... ambience is alright at first sight but clean. Spicy Ramen is superb! I will definitely come back! Kids love the pool just beside the restaurant, which entertained them a bit while waiting for the food. The female server was slightly engaging. Though, she helped readily when my 5 year old had a little mishap on the chair.

If I could give them no stars I would. Had an order delivered from Menulog and the driver who was new dropped all the food on our front door step and wasn't able to pick it up because he was highly allergic to seafood. After spending $140 on a meal that was now bin worthy I had to pack it back into the driver's bag only to be told that it's not his problem. Worst still he then said that I would need to "just deal with it"! And for my efforts proceeded to swear at me.

I then called the restaurant and was told they would call back. They didn't so I called again only to be told that they were too busy to deal with my issue and that I needed to go through menulog. It also wasn't their problem. So I drove down there and to my suprise in a restaurant that could fit a number of people they were not busy and my issue was clearly not important.

Whilst I understand that menulog need to deal with this, the behaviour of not only the driver but more importantly the venue where they weren't remotely interested in even caring is indicative of just how bad customer service has gotten. Zero care. Very disappointing. And word for the wise...get staff that don't say to someone that is already out of pocket....I'm far too busy to...

Food was nice but nothing to rave about. Unfortunately my bad experience was not the food but the customer service. It was appalling! When I made the booking I was told BYO and licensed, however upon arrival we were told no BYO, when I explained I asked at booking I was told this time only they would allow it but there would be a fee per drink opened per person which meant we were looking at around $40 corkage fee. No water brought to table until we requested it 20 mins after being seated. Our drinks were left on the table to go warm and no offer of glasses for our drinks or ice bucket for the wine. It took ages for food to be cleared. They were not busy at all. Toilets in poor condition. Missing taps. They did however remove all but $6 for the corkage after I voiced my disappointment with the situation but overall a very...

The food was mediocre and the price for the food was also mediocre. That’s all to sum it up.

The food quality was meh, greasy, small portions and look like they were all frozen. When we asked the staff to ask to take away something in one dish, they couldn’t as it was already part of the dish, reinstating that it’s probably frozen made and it’s fried.

The place was the busiest it will ever get, as we had dinner there at Christmas, and no other shops would be open. 10% surcharge if you go there on a public holiday just noting.

The water filling jug was also questionable. The nozzle was dirty (filled with brown mess). They could have easily wiped this, as it came easily off).

This place just doesn’t feel traditional Korean...
