Why I Stopped Eating at Abra Kabab
As someone who enjoys exploring local eateries, I always appreciate good food paired with welcoming service. Unfortunately, my experience at Abra Kabab has been disappointing enough to make me stop dining there altogether.
While the food itself may be acceptable, the customer service consistently lacks one key ingredient: friendliness. During multiple visits, I found the staff to be indifferent and unapproachable. There was little effort to create a welcoming environment, and I often felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
In today’s competitive food scene, service matters just as much as taste. When a restaurant doesn’t make the effort to treat its guests with courtesy and warmth, it’s hard to justify returning—no matter how good the menu might be.

I was very disappointed went to return it but their stuff was so rude😡😡 they took so long to make my order and all they was doing is laughing when I ask them to call their Manager she was also not good. I this the owner should talk to the manager and show her how to respect her customers coz if she herself doesn’t know how to treat her customers than how come she teach her stuff. I am so angry I have worked in a kebab shop too and we don’t treat our customers like that they way she was. I took my mother for a Mother’s Day to get her kebab but all i gave her is making her sad. The lady beside me got almost double what I got for a cheaper price. When I asked for more, he simply rolled his eyes at me and started corrected me that it'd be impossible to fold. I come here frequently with no problems and he has been my first bad experience. Definitely will be asking for a different...
