Bubble Tea City (Hooper Centre) — Restaurant in Queensland

I was an recurring customer, I go there all the time of my own and with family. But after today Idk if I will be anymore. I normaly bring my own bag, but since they started giving me an small plastic bag I thought this one time I might not.

When she had given me the drinks and asked if I wanted straws. She had walked away, which is fine. But when I asked if I cauld get plastic bags. She came back and gave me them but not without responding to me in an way that seemed irriated and annoyed which I found rude.

I wasn't rude nor was I pushy so Im pretty upset and confused on why I had gotten that response when she had always offered them the last 2 times. If it was because you wanted me to get the bags myself, maybe have them in an location where your customers can see and access them. I didnt want to reach over the counter as In my eyes that waould been an big no no and more rude then me asking nicely for them, I didnt ask for you to put my drinks in them, I just asked for the...

This Boba tea stores is one of the best I have tried in Queensland. Their Taro milk tea is amazing and the brown sugar pearls are absolutely delicious. I got my friend a lychee slushy with lychee jelly and popping peals and she said it was really yummy. The man who served us was very kind and friendly and I must've bought about 4 teas that day. I highly recommend this store for anyone...

Small but clean and organised tea place. Staff are friendly and the drinks taste amazing, I haven't gotten a single order wrong. Even the plain black milk tea (that I order with extra sugar which still isn't overly sweet, just the right amount!) is amazing.

It's now become my regular place to get tea since I've moved to Toowoomba. Keep up...
