Toowoomba Coffee House — Restaurant in Queensland

We ordered the trEATS special savoury chicken waffles, mushroom eggs benny, and the kimchi fried rice to eat and they were all absolutely amazing. Everything was perfectly cooked, very fresh, and incredibly delicious.

Coffee was also top-notch notch, both full-bodied and wellbrewed. My mother was pleasantly surprised that they used good soy milk - something which cannot be taken for granted even today. My partner's and my matcha was also fantastic- by far the best matcha we've ever had at a restaurant/ cafe before.

The staff were super friendly and polite, the decor and menu design is joyfully colourful and the restaurants atmosphere overall is very friendly and inviting. There is a little bit of road noise even when sitting inside, but we quickly stopped noticing it by the time our drinks arrived and did not annoy us or diminish the experience in any way. Speaking of which, all of our drinks and mains were brought out to us very quickly even during peak lunch time. I love that have both a fantastic Asian menu and a shockingly comprehensive Vegan menu as well.

Overall, this is best cafe in Toowoomba in our opinion and we will be back again tomorrow...

Fantastic little breakfast spot. I brought my mum here and she is a very hard person to please 😂. But she actually loved this place so that has to speak volumes. The coffee was the perfect temp and tasted great. I ordered a dirty chai and mum got a flat white. As for food mum had a strange request and got a toasted ham and onion sandwich with no cheese on gluten free bread. They triple checked that they had everything right and even asked if she wanted the onion cooked or not. Very thorough. I just got Korean fried chicken with a spicy sauce (yes for breakfast, it was on the breakfast menu 😂) and it was fantastic, for a non Asian restaurant they definitely delivered. As a new resident to Toowoomba , how thankful I am to have discovered this beautiful cafe just by driving past ! Came here 2 consecutive days for brekky and cannot fault it . Such wonderful and friendly customer service , great atmosphere and the food was delicious . The chef clearly cares about providing tasty food and the little extras like a slice of lemon are a nice touch ( lovely presentation ) . FINALLY when asking for cheese to be added to scrambled eggs you can actually taste it - enough cheese to add beautiful flavour 🧀. Disappointed at other cafes on many occasions - not here ! The hollandaise sauce - WOW !!! Best ever tasted , wish I could bottle it and take home !!! Perfect with exactly the right amount of tang 😋. Toowoomba Coffee House - you are my new ‘ go to ‘ .
