Absolutely terrible experience. The girl at the counter seriously needs a lesson—or ten—in customer service.

We walked in on a busy army morning, and the fact this was the only place that wasn’t packed should’ve been the first red flag. Now we know why.

When we went up to order, she was too busy texting on her phone to even acknowledge us. Without even looking up, she mumbled “won’t be long.” No greeting, no eye contact—nothing. We waited, ordered, and she didn’t say a single friendly word. Not even a fake smile. Just straight-up attitude.

She brought out our drinks like she was doing us a massive favour—dropped them on the table without a word and walked off. Then came our friend’s coffee and drink. The coffee had clearly spilled all down the side of the cup and a third of it was gone. She slammed those on the table too, again, without saying a single damn thing.

The food came out the same way—dumped on the table like it was garbage. And honestly, it tasted like it too. Bland, greasy, and unappetising. Pair that with the sour attitude and it was a full-on disaster of a visit.

We felt uncomfortable the whole time. Rude service, disgusting food, and zero care for customers. Safe to say, we’ll never be back—and we’ll be telling others to...

Came in at 11.30am , we weren't acknowledged at all, or spoken to, the place wasn't setup for trade yet at 11.30. It says open for trade at 11am on Google and Facebook. Needless to say we left as there was a sign at the food service counter saying order at the bar. There was no-one at the bar. Worst non-service we've ever had. Byyeee monsoons never coming back, been here several times, but not again.

I also know you don't offer table service, but when not ready for trade 30mins after open with no menu's available, we had no option but to look on our phones at the menu. Due to no smile, hello, eye contact etc; we decided to leave. It's not the expectation of table service i wanted, it was acknowledgement, a hello or...

Food disappointing. Chicken pop things, deep fried, tasted off. Kids meals, had to chase down the slushy and when I asked for the kids ice cream, given how long it took, was literally a bowl and scoop of vanilla ice cream….how to say you don’t have kids without saying it lol Sprinkles! Nuggets are available (not on menu) and specials menu lacks detail ‘chicken wrap’. Ambience was off, noisy given not many there and the ordering area is off point; almost like ordering fish and chips at a takeaway place. Old beat up counter just doesn’t work. Lights were off and felt dim. Fake plants in tippy pots not really indicative of the price point. A shame. Maybe ok for a drink out the back in the evening but won’t be...
