Thinking they should take the banh mi off the menu. Just call it a pork chop roll. Unfortunately a very underwhelming experience today. A thin slice of deep fried pork chop, carrots, pate in a bread roll which were all very much lacking in flavour, texture and freshness. For the price and wait, i was expecting better than what i am used to.Todays banh mi missed the target and not just by a little bit. I cannot comment on the rest of the menu but it does seem a little confusing. Sometimes it's better to do the easy stuff but do it well It only takes one person's bad experience to change 10...

My two friends and I visited the store for the first time today after swimming at South beach, as we had been swimming, we were starving !! Not only did we not get greeted by staff but couldn't find a coffee menu anywhere. My friends ordered the south beach toast and the Caprese toastie - both were extremely underwhelming. I ordered the cheeseburger supreme 10 minutes after and yet mine came out a good 15 minutes before both of theirs did. All of our food was cold and unsatisfactory to serve to customers. Cute little place, i went in for coffee, came out with coffee, salami, and a pepper steak pie. Coffee was amazing, I've finished it and am about to head back for a second one for the road. Peppersteak pie was very chunky, with tender steak chunks. The pastry was perfect. I would have personally liked a little more gravy / sauce, but then i probably would just drip it in my van and make a mess. it's a fine line to please everyone right 😀.
