The meals are great value and unfortunately, the customer service on Thursday 22nd August was exceptionally poor. We hadn’t even sat down before we were told to order our drinks - we weren’t given the courtesy of a few minutes to look at the drinks menu. . When a beer was ordered we were then told it was the last one of that brand so we wouldn’t be able to have another.. The garlic bread was ordered and after waiting for some considerable time, we were asked if everything was ok. I asked if the bread was being served with the main course or coming as an entree… the rudeness of the waitress in her response was unbelievable. Totally condescending and frankly extremely rude. Disappointed. This restaurant used to be great. We have dined here over the years when we have visited SWR but this time we were disappointed. Service was slow. My steak was overcooked. I ordered medium and it was well done. The twice cooked pork belly was not crispy as you would expect it to be served. The prices are not cheap at between $35-40 for a main meal. Couldn’t be bothered complaining as it too a long time to get our average meal. The kids high chair is the worst one we have ever had to use at a restaurant.
