Worst most embarrassing breakfast EVER. Arrived and asked to order the same as a current guest because it looked so fresh and tonnes of rocket on top - it was a special we are told it was the last one and partner ordered a muffin served with cream.

Then some one from kitchen and informed us the special had been over sold and asked for new order. He informed me straight away there would be a price difference without even hearing new order. Here it became awkward so I asked for a menu again and in the meaning time he returns and places notes and coins to cover the cost of the special I had ordered on the table even though we paid with credit card. Now its embarrassing in a small little place. I quickly ordered scrambled eggs , bacon and asked for a small serving of rocket on the side because it had looked so fresh and good. He says that's fine but its an extra $2 for the rocket. I was then annoyed at his lack of apology and his lack of customer service . So I cancelled all that on principle and it was getting weird and I ordered sour dough fruit toast for $6.

It out came one mall piece of toast pre buttered - I didn't want butter but I ate it out of frustration - meanwhile we are still waiting for the pre made muffin to arrive we call over a waiter and ask for it. It them comes with no cream so we ask can we just have some butter for it. Then partner starts to eat it and it taste bland and like a premix - and texture is dry - all in all it was left uneaten.

We have been going to Cenzo’s for many years. After receiving a pizza that was missing ingredients we phoned the store and were basically told ‘oh well’, we had run out of one ingredient and the other ingredient we don’t put on the pizza (even though it was in the description / ingredients). When taking the pizza back - the owner was rude and one particular staff member whose name started with a ‘B’ was argumentative and rude and laughing at us. My family and I really enjoyed the meal amd the service. Some of the nicest people,very professional and portion sizes, are more than generous,the food is simply to die for!!! The pizzas were some of the best I've had in my life, and the taste was truly amazing Steak Sandwich melted in my mouth 🥰 Carbonara was creamy, rich, and delicious 🤩 The Chicken Burger was a mountain of delight 😍 Spaghetti Marinara was amazing Milkshake was smooth and velvety Mango Smoothly was superb 👌 Will be going when I visit...
