Went here yesterday, it wasn't at all busy, the service was sluggish, it was ran by alot of of what seemed to be juniors that were all frazzled and running into one another, there was no one that seemed to be in charge, we only ordered two iced coffees with no cream and no icecream just ice no sugar, we waited almost half an hour, and we were both disappointed with what we got it seemed to be more sugar then coffee! I noticed a food order that was on the bench for the whole time I was sitting there and the coffees were only done just before mine was given to me! We won't be back sorry team gloria jeans I think its time to have some more training on time management and to have someone in charge that knows what their doing and that there's a person in all areas that knows their job not running around on top of each other being frazzled like they had no sleep and were out partying all night, they shouldn't have been frazzled, things would run alot smoother if they actually concentrated and had allicated areas for the 5 staff members that...

Worst Cream brulee ever!. Three staff members took 25 minutes to make 2 coffees and 3 cream brulees. Staff seemed to be in "down" time and no other customers (besides us) in their shop...They were all yapping about their social lives instead of making our order. Coffees tasted like second grounds coffee. And the Cream brulee had no caramel swirl on top...even though the shop pictures show it that way!!. I STRONGLY recommend trying another coffee shop!!! Its no surprise Gloria Jeans are a struggling business these days with poor service like that. By the way...the google review posted by K.M 17 hours before mine is fake 5...
Read moreThe poor guy (owner?) was absolutely busting his guts out the whole time that I was waiting for a take away coffee. That was the only positive. I visited on a public holiday, & they were flat out to the point that it was hard to watch. There are signs up to say prices were increased for public holiday rates. You can't charge people 15% more if you don't have the staff to compensate for the surcharge. You really should have stopped taking orders, you knew things were out of hand.
What was great to see, was the kindness & patience of the customers who checked in on their orders, continuously.
