I am not one to write reviews but I am beyond horrified at the experience I have just had. I had ordered through Uber eats and upon delivery I received a call from the driver who was incredibly rude telling me I had to go down to get my order because she won’t be able to park (this was before any attempt to park was even made). I wouldn’t have minded trying this with my young child on my own however the rudeness was unbelievable. It was as if I could control the parking situation near my home. She then buzzed at the wrong door, called me to tell me how I’m not answering even though I’d sent a text saying I’m outside and tried to challenge me as if I was in the wrong place. She then did not say a word in person as she rudely handed me my order. I have never experienced this unprofessionalism with delivery drivers and never been spoken to so rudely and it is for that reason I will never purchase from here again and inform others of this disgraceful encounter. We walked in to the front and seated ourselves when a kind waiter offered us a spot in the back. We have come here before but only for take away. We were unsuspecting of how beautiful the back was. The back had a large, spacious and had an amazing atmosphere. Small fairy lights, boho style light shades and vines and plants all over. Always ask to be seated at the back if you ever come here. Comfortable seats and immediate service. Complimentary iced water was also given to us. We ordered a plethora of items (both meat and vegetarian) and were just shocked at how customisable and delicious they were. You can adjust the spice to your tolerance, and the food we got was a 10/10. The prices were suitable as well! The atmosphere, food and service makes this place just delightful. Food was amazing, so much so I'm fairly certain I have a food baby on the way! Everything went down a hit amongst the family, although leftovers are nonexistent now due to the quality of the food... The only downside to the experience was the long wait for delivery, with it come roughly half an hour after the initial one hour estimated time of delivery which left all of our stomachs talking to one another rather loudly. The delivery driver also seemed completely miserable and didn't even say anything when I answered the door, he just stood there and waited for me to do all the talking. Is it really so hard to say 'hi, I have your food delivery' ? Either way, the food made up for the long wait and poor customer service!
