I asked for 4 slices but was given 5 instead.

I reached out to their WeChat assistant for help, but they completely ignored me, and their phone line doesn’t work either.

It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been a long-term customer, treat them with respect, or try to communicate politely—their way of handling things is simply not responding.

Good strong iced latte. I really appreciated the choice of a bamboo straw rather than a flimsy paper one. Functional and environmentally conscious! Coffee bun was delicious. Staff seen hand making the bread and pastries fresh. Also admire that they don't make so many pastries so there isn't so much wastage of food at the end of the day Would have preferred less single use plastics used to wrap each individual pastry, but recognise they were probably wrapped that way for...

This is a really cute little bakery with some amazing food items. My only complaints were the fact that they were quite a bit expensive, and there is no ingredients on the product, nor did the cashier really know about if specific products had specific ingredients. I would definitely return if I believe I have the finance to purchase again, and I suggest it if you wanna stop by for some tasty...
