Adora Handmade Chocolates - Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I was walking on Charles Street today, wondering where I could have a nice coffee while waiting for my colleague. A very elegant place attracted my attention. I could see a festival of chocolate from across the street. I went straight in curious to explore a new place. The cake fridge was irresistible. Although I have just finished lunch, I thought it would be a shame not to try anything, but the pieces were generous. So i ordered a carrot cake, and i asked the person in charge to give me half a piece and charge me for a full piece. I ordered my espresso and was ready to pay. The lady did not charge my cake and gave me the pleasure of choosing one piece of the handmade chocolates. What a great hospitality! It has been a long time since I did not experience this level of hospitality. Thank you so much for this lovely experience, and you definitely deserve to be visited by everyone. And I forgot to mention that both the fig chocolate and the carrot's cake taste were out...

First time here and I really enjoyed it. I read the reviews and was worried that I would be dealing with rude staff, but the person who was working there was a lovely friendly and extremely hospitable lady whose name starts with Ch.. (Chayane?, Charlene?)

SUCH GREAT AND WELCOMING SERVICE BY HER! It’s so nice when staff will do what they can to accomodate you. Yes I understand that a mocha is usually not available in the combo, but allowing me to pay extra to make the combo work shows that she is open to helping her customers. I know I got a small order, but because of her I will be back again to continue supporting the business and her.

The mocha was delicious, the small chocolate was also quite nice, and the cookie was yummy too hehe.

Hope I don’t have to deal with the scary staff next time...

First tried Adora Handmade Chocolates in 2023:

They have variety (both flavour profiles and textures) of chocolates on offer. I have tried most of their offerings and have not been let down. Some favourites would be: Macadamia Pyramid, Milk Chocolate Strawberry, Coffee Truffle, Black Box and their Passion Fruit Truffle.

I have been to their Parramatta store at different times of the day/week and have consistently received great customer service from the team. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They also offer cakes and gelato but have not tried it yet and will do so in due course.
