Meraki Coffee Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I love these people! Especially, Toufi the owner of the spot who will always look after you. Never have i ever seen some one be so passionate about his craft and coffee. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who is curious about the actual hype of coffee. This guy is a godsend and his coffee is honestly the best in my books. I will giving him a 10/10 on beanhunter. The double shot lattes I’ve had are with no sugar and the coffee just had such a nice delicate flavour that really blends nicely with the froth and sweetness of the milk. Was looking forward to visiting this cafe (parramatta), however sadly they got my order wrong - asked for an almond latte, and was given a cold almond milk, then when I asked them why it’s cold, they got me the heated almond milk, not the coffee which was disappointing. I then ordered a Buddha bowl which was supposed to have brown rice and quinoa plus boiled eggs and a tahini dressing however what was served was way out of the description. When I told the female worker, she just said we are out of brown rice. But I should be served whats on the description and if there’s a change, I should be notified beforehand. The food also had zero salt. Don’t think I’ll ever come here...

We ordered the chicken toastie and the bread was nicely toasted and delicious. We also got the Shakshuka but there wasn't any meat in it which was surprising, it was also extremely spicy. I ordered the eggplant dish with labne and that was quite nice. The capuccino, lattes and hot chocolate we ordered were very underwhelming though as the temperature was a lot less than 65 degrees so we drank them straight away. They were all really, really milky and sorry to say, were the worst coffees and hot chocolate we have ever had, and we had at least four.
