AG (Allan Grammar) — Restaurant in Sydney

Attended this restaurant yesterday evening based on the good reviews online. The service was very pleasant, my friend and I order a number of dishes. However, we ordered the squid ink crab pasta from the specials board. My friend and I only had a small amount and we were very disappointed with the dish, the crab was not visible and the overall taste of the dish tasted like tuna. I explained to the waitress that my friend and I were unable to eat the dish, it was not a pleasant dish to eat and she took it away. A few moments later the manager comes over and asks for our feedback, I explained the feedback to her and that the dish did not seem fresh. we were not offered an apology or asked if we would like something different to eat. It seems like as soon as you provide feedback on a dish that’s when you can forget about any service, instead you will be treated as a nuisance. Upon leaving my friend and I were expected to pay full price for the dish and again there was no apology, instead we were given unfavourable looks by the manager as we left. I would have really like to have provided a good review for this place, however it really missed the mark. Hopefully this place can take on constructive feedback and do better for its patrons...
