An Viet Street Food ( Dee Why ) — Restaurant in Sydney

I bought beef noodle soup ($14.90 + $3) for additional beef brisket and beef balls) and vermicelli salad ($15.90 plus $4 spring roll) $19.90 for last night takeout. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food especially when I am spending this amount of money. I expect a decent Vietnamese food. The beef noodle is not worth the money. Lots of noodles but hardly any meat. I didn't get beef brisket nor beef balls for the extra $3 that I paid. There is no Thai basil leaves or bean sprouts. As for the vermicelli salad this is a small size portion and not enough pork meat. What you see in the picture is not what you get. If you are going to charge this price, give the customer a decent serving. I will not recommend anyone to this place. I am Asian had had lots of Vietnamese food in my life. I would never go...

Very disappointing with the food here. Tastless everything! Zero authenticity! Banh mi was soggy and it is certainly not Viet roll but chewy dry baguette, ordered a crispy fish Aoli and there was hardly any fish (1 piece of small battered fish worse than the frozen packaged fried fish from Aldi), the whole banh mi was dry inside with some pickles for $13!!. Vermicelli salad with no fish sauce but sweet chilly sauce (100%not Viet)!!! $9.9 rice paper rolls (2) had hardly any meat in it but vermicelli and lettuce!!

There is nothing authentic comparing to what the shop's advertising for its "authentic flavour" so we will not go back and good luck to the business if they aren't improving...

I had a terrible experience with both the service and the food. I placed an order for pick-up through the website OrderUp, scheduling it for 12:55. When I arrived at 1:10, the staff member informed me there was no order under my name. After showing her my order number, she insisted I provide proof of payment, which I did. I had ordered crispy chicken, but it took them an additional 15 minutes to prepare it, even though the place wasn’t busy.
