Went to this cafe late afternoon for a sit down and a cup of Long Black with milk on the side. Also ordered an American Brownie slice. The coffee had no crema and after adding touch of milk there was no rich taste of coffee that I wanted. The Brownie was covered on the top in nice smooth chocolate, but one side of the8 inner contents had a crispy texture as it had been the end piece. I bought a salad sandwich to take away. The staff member kept it in the fridge until I was ready to go. The front counter can be accessed by wheelchair customers, there is one table out in front and a couple of tables inside, a few stools and 2 bench seats which could seat 8. They had a variety of pies, sausage rolls, muffins, and a Gluten Free section. I sat at the table in front, but only after I'd asked for it to be wiped over. I noticed that customers turned up for takeaway that time of day, people coming from Penrith Station. Perhaps during the morning there would be more staff and better atmosphere when they cooked breakfasts. I ate my sandwich 3 hrs later at home and it was still fresh. Prices are shockingly low and when questioned why the owners advised that EVERYTHING is made in-house. That explains the quality as the carrot cake I ate was the best I've ever had.
