Have been here a few times now and each time I expect it to some how get better but it never does. Today was the last straw. Ordered coffees and waited over 15+ minutes for them with a baby. A person ordered coffee after us but somehow got her coffees before us? And someone who ordered just 1 coffee was there before we got to the cafe and ordered ours and we saw him leave 5 minutes after we finally got our coffees!! I asked the girl why it took so long and the response was “it’s just busy” and when asked about why the lady who ordered after us getting hers before us she just shrugged and walked off! Really?
