The gelatos that are sold here are fabulous, a little expensive for my budget but it was worth it for the extreme heats of Australian weather. Customer service was not the best until two guys, i think Guilme? and Dilan came and went the extra mile to even support me by paying 10 cents that i required. Although i was a bit unsatisfied with the only 1 taste test when taste tests exist to compare, requiring multiple tastes but never the less the one i bought was a nice surprise to my taste buds and it was probably better if i didn't taste them all (although i don't think everyone will be so optimistic about it considering how when the staff had told us that a few people behind questioned it quite aggressively).

Overall good Gelato, good Coffee (i don't drink coffee as much but it doesn't take genius to find out what a good coffee is), a range of staff from meh to great and conveniently in front of a beautiful beach in a suburb of a variety of uniquely nice people. The staff here is shockingly rude, to the point where I almost feel sorry for him. If you’re unhappy with your job or life, maybe it’s time to find a new path—don’t take it out on customers. I ordered a latte with one Equal, and the staff responded rudely with, “What? Sugar or non-sugar?” I repeated “Equal” three times, but he became increasingly angry and impatient. Eventually, his younger colleague had to step in, explain what Equal is, and hand it to him.

This could have been the end of the situation, but instead of handling it professionally, the staff member arrogantly replied, “This is sweetener,” as if I had made a mistake, and even seemed to mock me.

I’ve ordered coffee in countless places, and people always know what Equal is—it’s basic knowledge for anyone working in a coffee shop. I genuinely feel bad for the owner, having to pay someone so rude and unprofessional. To make things easier for you, I’ve attached a photo in case you have trouble using the internet to look this up. Really great if you want free plastic in your ice cream, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!

Told the manager and he just told showed me which bin I could put the plastic in. What a gentleman.

When you enter, on the left, you will see boxes and boxes of "gel". This is what the ice cream is made of. Add some artificial flavoring, a few kilos of sugar, a sprinkling of random plastic string (fishing wire?!) and you have yourself a nauseated belly and a free trip to type II diabetes.

Do yourself a flavour (pun intended) and go share a coco whip from Girdlers up the road with a loved one. I know it's twice the price, but it's also twice the amount. Thank me later.
