Their menu is in a pictorial folder. There are close up views of soups and non soup dishes. I was there with a friend who lives off King street. He'd not been here before. We'd already been TO 3 other places where the Chef'de Day wasn't in. By NOW were ready for any food. Bangkok Bites didn't have a cue....Whoopy Doo! We logged in covid wise. Walked past many served dishes. Asked the guys...What's that mate. BBQ'D Duck in a thick noodle and vegetable broth. Guy's winter had arrive and I was ready to eat anything that looked good and hot. We ordered curry puffs...seems outta place on the menu...but ist worked. My friend had garlicky beef strips n rice and onions. Delivered promptly we both noticed the did not look any where near what it's supposed to look like. But in total fairness this wasn't a staged meal. This was kitchen under stress as the place was packed. The meals we had were totally consumed...not a grain of rice or drop of broth seen. They tasted better than the images...I highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 stars for flavors and prompt SERVICE. I know ONE thing though. I'll be wearing my trakkie dakkies next time because after this review....we'll be waiting in a regular daily queue. But it'll be worth IT. Be aware it's freaking noisy. Just like in Bangkok on a busy hawker food street. The foods worth it....

ABSOLUTELY DISASTER SERVICE!!! The opening hours listed on the shop + website + Google listed it’s open at 11am, while my mom and sister arrived in the shop at 11.10am they were required to sit outside (which we totally understand). Not long afterwards, another customers came in and they were allowed to sit inside. Once I arrived, which around 11.20 we just moved inside. The Lady that were responsible to handle the floor, started to put on such an unhappy face and throwing things that created a loud noise (from plates, cups, etc.) from throwing such a tantrum. When I did the order, I confronted her about the opening hours and she told me the shop is open at 11.30am and only providing service by 11am if needed. She also argued that it’s listed everywhere that it opens at 11.30am. As I’m working in hospitality industry myself, I told her that it’s really unacceptable to actually providing this kind of attitude towards customers. No matter how are you feeling under pressure nor you are the only person to open the floor. She ended up saying Sorry for making us felt that way without having any guilt feelings shown. Absolutely NOT...
