I went on the day that ben gong was doing their 1 year anniversary special (Buy one, Get one free). Obviously I knew that it was going to be busy. I arrived and went to the counter where I was served by the owner I believe (asian man). His customer service was below average, ignoring my question when I asked him what's the difference between the wuwu milk tea and regular drinks. I ended up ordering the wuwu milk tea, and he told me that there was a 30 minute wait. I was happy to wait for half an hour so I took my change and left. I waited for 30 minutes and still my order was not called out... I waited another 15 minutes and still was not called out. Then I saw the owner (man at the counter) give his friends two drinks when there was atleast another 30 customers still waiting on their orders. I even spoke to other customers and they told me that they have been waiting for 1 hour and a half! I was just about to approach the owner and ask for an immediate refund but my order was called out. I just took my order and left. The wuwu pearl milk tastes very average, so it was completely a waste of my time and money. Overall.. customer service is absolute trash (giving drinks to friends when there was atleast another 30 customers waiting) and drinks tastes below average.

Read moreStaffs in Burwood Store - should have been trained about customer service again. Even Food/Atmosphere are 5 stars - good customer service quality is also a key success to a business. I came there couple of times and even waited to pay for a while, friendly reminded them "excuse me" in case they did not noticed some customers were waiting, and all I got back is her grumpy attitude with raising voice to me "pls wait". I totally understand she was busy with cleaning (although I was pretty sure customers should be prioritised in whatever business is), but as a front face of business, staff should be always keeping a smile on their faces, ask customers in a more friendly/gentle way. Today I got back again and grabbed iced coffee (literally just milk only) - obvs I was not happy to this, asked staff and she didnt look like she cared at all. did not care about customers/ food they served / service they provided. if store manager read this post - please review your staff performance. I came on Sun 10/3 morning - worst staffs ever.

Read moreWent to the Grand Opening of Cabramatta. I've been to a few grand openings, so I can understand the chaos and inefficiency of new systems and services. However, like many others, I lined up before 11:30 the official opening ceremony and it was 2:00 by the time I got to the front of the venue.
The issue, I had was, around 12:45pm they decided to allowed people to enter and only purchase the artisan pastries/bread (including people who just lined up then and there). So once I reached the front of the venue, around 50% of the items were sold out.
The employees were nice, however they were only aware of their current duties and not the complete functionality of the entire bakery. So when myself or someone asked a question, they would give us an answer that was incorrect or had to go and ask another employee. Being told that the bakery accepts efpos, then being told later it was cash only after waiting a few hours...
