Came just now, 30 minutes before they are closing time at 2 pm. First I just wanted to have a coffee, as usual, piccolo, that cost me $3.50. Well, barista ( might be owner ) was up selling cakes to go with my coffee, and he said he will give me some special price for the cake. It’s hard for me to resist a good offer and sugar temptation is right in front of my eyes displaying from the cold fridge windows... so what the heck, it’s Sunday, and you should eat cake, my brain convince me 😁 Florentine was great! Chocolate coating on the bottom, goodness of flakes, sultana and almond were amazing! Costa Rica coffee beans are good too, my piccolo just the way I wanted! It was a great...

This quaint cafe, especially convenient on the weekend when most places close, is manned by friendly staff. I dropped in with a friend on an especially freezing Saturday morning, drenched from the rain. The two male staff members, of who always work whenever I visit, were quick to ask if we'd like them to turn on the standing gas heater nearby our table. It is quite cosy on colder days but is also exceptionally lovely on a bright day, when sunlight seeps into the cafe. They have great coffee and chai lattes. There's also a menu with larger meals available, or lighter pastries and such in the glass display. They also have a vast range of Frankie...

Looooove this place. It's my second time here and the same gentleman who served us is so friendly, efficient and insightful. I think he helps make the place what it is. Sitting here, watching varied people come and go, he seems to know each of them and what they order. The interior is really homely and quirky and they have a long table that could easily fit a group of 12. They're perfectly located right near Central Park. You can bring your furr babies and eat undercover outside. They have lots of vegan vegetarian, lactose and gluten free options. Minutes walk from Central Station....

Great Atmosphere for Work or Relaxation! Visited on a rainy morning and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. Despite the weather, the cafe felt airy and comfortable. The standout feature is definitely the large, long table in the middle, adorned with a fantastic selection of books. It truly creates a cozy, library-like feel, perfect for settling in. While the food and coffee were average, the overall ambiance more than made up for it. This is an ideal spot if you're looking for a comfortable place to work on your laptop or tablet, or simply to enjoy a good book. Service was good too!
