Chatime Liverpool — Restaurant in Sydney

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE here today at Liverpool around 12:30pm-1pm. I'm so sorry, we aren't allow to have our drinks fixed cause it was made wrong nowadays. We ordered a Guava Green Tea with chewy cubes and coconut jelly, normal ice and sugar. It was a staff (with black hair) that made this drink. For some reason, it was bland, it was NOT SWEET AT ALL so we simply came back and told the staff (a different one with blond curly hair) if they could make us a new drink, it is not sweetened at all. Both of the staff had a whisper with each other then the staff (black hair) came and first she told us that was a normal amount of syrups they put in, it was how they always do it, she asked if we wanted it more sweet and if we wanted more syrups or more sugar, we answered both so they started remaking it. The staff (with blonde curly hair) started making it, she didn't seem happy but whatever then she pulled out a small amount drinks into a cup and gave it to us to see if it was okay, we said yes then she turned her back and fiercefully threw the cup away. Finished making it and just gave it to us without saying a word....why? What was with the attitude? What did we did wrong? We drinks at Chatime multiple times, we have the Guava Green Tea multiple times, this time it was just not sweet at all and we asked nicely for it to be remake, we never scream ot shout or was rude at all to any of the staff. What was their a negative attitude? Was the drink made different at different stores? Just really horrible experience, it was a simple mistake with...

Everytime I go there as a regular customer always friendly staffs that welcomes customers to their shop. Even if they are busy they may be rushed but they remain calm Excellent staffs. The girls named JC, Huynh and Whitney to me in my own opinion, the most friendliest staff members there.

There are times when I arrive and nobody is around, they're just serving one customer, me While waiting for my drink, I see a long queue all of a sudden LOL.

I told the staff Whitney "seems like I've drawn people in to keep you busy" :P

I go there almost every week (If I don't, I wonder if both Huynh and Whitney starts missing me...

My faaaaave brewery! The staff are so upbeat and efficient. The options are endless and the quality is superb. The first few times I came here, I waited in line a long time as they’re super popular.. Do yourself a favour and get the app, you can order ahead so you don’t have to wait (or keep other people waiting because you don’t know what to order) and you also collect points which you can eventually use to pay for drinks.
