Oporto Liverpool Westfield — Restaurant in Sydney

I've made an order online at this restaurant after seeing an information pamplet. " ORDER ONLINE TO Skip the queue". After I made the order I went to the counter and they said they cannot serve it because it's not available at that time. So they asked me to cancel the order from the app and get refund. But to my surprise, the online app doesn't even have a provision to cancel the order. So I literally fought with them to get the refund. But they didn't provide a refund. Rather gave a number of their manager and that number was never picked when I called. I atleast called for 8 to 10 times in a tenure of 4 days.

Then I raised a complaint with their feedback portal, and someone reached me from a Private number and introduced he is the manager for that outlet and promised to do a refund.

After that confirmation I chased twice on the number provided by restaurant but no one answered. So I again raised couple of complaints through feedback form then the same person came back saying that the refund is initiated. And he will send a screenshot. But he never did. After 1 day I went to the outlet at Westfield reached out to a personnel and she immediately called to her manager and got me the confirmation of refund screenshot.

It took around 7 days to get my refund for an order that I made online and was not available at the outlet.

Went there yesterday and the manager didn't want to redeem my free birthday meal. Acted dumb and pretended he didn't know how to do it. After he tried to scan the barcode a couple times I gave him my mobile number and he said it wasn't working. I knew he was lying so I went to orange Grove oportos and they redeemed it straight away.
