Chatime Penrith — Restaurant in Sydney

My review will be long because I had a bad experience here that made me not want to go back again. The staff were so rude. I couldn't believe it. I had a free drink with the points I had earned over time. It wasn't working on the machine that you use to order yourself. So I went to the register to ask for help and do my order but the man working there outright refused to put the order through for absolutely no reason at all and said I had to go to another one that I buy from more frequently to get the free drink. I was absolutely shocked as I go to all different kinds of cha time, I only buy when we go out for the day somewhere. I asked if he could at least try to do it he said no it wouldn't work and that I could not buy from their shop... I left and tried again and it worked... it's only because I was pressing a wrong button on the machine which is why it wasn't originally working which he just didn't want a bar of. I've never ever had a problem at any other cha time and I've been to so many in western Sydney, Sydney city and the central coast! When I went back to collect my tea I had seen him whisper to someone else and get them to serve me as if I was back to start trouble like man all I wanted was to collect my tea I had to work out how to order myself because you didn't. The whole thing just made me feel absolutely horrible. I didn't even do anything, all I wanted was to order a tea at a tea shop and was told "no". How weird and strange. The tea did not taste good, I should have waited to order at another shop, but we don't go out that often anymore so wasn't sure when I'd get one next. Cha time is my favourite tea place usually. Just what I needed. A large peach tea. Helpful service and plenty of seating. Good beverage to have any time of day. 🍹 New and innovative dietian approved ideas such as using Philadelphia cream (real cream) as a delicious topping for a cream mousse tea. Not only do they do cold teas but they do hot teas as well. Chatime's newest drink is fresh cream mousse. Every time I come into the store I go straight to Chatime for my favourite daily beverage; enjoy munching on the lychee which almost makes it a meal. Many options count how many of tea options are available. Have you ever tried sparkling tea. I think I'll try it tomorrow. How about you? The thought of Chatime delights me. Their cups are spill proof: secure, convenient and plugged so I can either drink it straight away or later, gulp or sip, sit down and chat or carry it around. Chatime franchise has been around as long as I can remember. Therefore, it stands to reason I'm not the only one who is excited and confident about buying my beverages from Chatime. Customised options are available you can choose your: ice level or sugar level. I wouldn't hesitate to give this drink to any children in my care. Neither should you. It is a terrific option to soft drink... Nice, refreshing, lots of flavour options: peach, raspberry, strawberry. Different types of teas not just green, black and milk. It delights me every time I think...

i never write reviews but i am actually so appalled from what ive experienced. purchased a hot drink and when it was done, it was too hot for me to hold. it was also not sealed like they usually are at other places, just had a flimsy lid on the top. i ignored it even though i shouldnt have and popped it on my phone so my own hands dont get scalded. as im walking, the drink starts to leak from the lid onto my phone so i go back and tell the worker who served me that its leaking. who then proceeds to tell me its not and then offers me a straw. i then ask her if i can get an extra cup just so i can hold it because its hot and then proceeds to tell me its not hot at all. not once was i even offered a tissue or anything else. i felt so gaslighted and humiliated as there were people behind me. i work in customer service too and always do my very best to at least help my customer in some shape or form if theyre unsatisfied. but yesterday i left a business this upset for the first time in my life.

not once did the employee try to even help me, just stared at me like im the one in the wrong here. how disgusting, i cannot believe chatime allows their employees to treat customers like this.

never returning to this chatime ever again, how would you like it if a drink thats hotter than the standard started to spill onto your own...
