âI recently had the pleasure of visiting Chicha San Chen in Sydney, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The level of attention they paid to each customer truly made me feel like a valued guest.
What sets Chicha San Chen apart is their intricate tea selection process. Choosing a tea here is not just a simple decision; itâs a journey of flavors and aromas. The complexity and depth of their tea offerings are a testament to their dedication to quality. I was genuinely impressed by the depth of knowledge they shared about each tea, making the selection process an enjoyable learning experience.
The attention to detail and the dedication to excellence at Chicha San Chen remind me of a Michelin star restaurant. From the careful brewing to the artful presentation, every aspect exudes a sense of luxury and precision. Itâs evident that the establishment takes pride in offering a top-notch experience to its patrons.
From start to finish, my visit to Chicha San Chen was nothing short of exceptional. The blend of friendly staff, intricate tea selection, and an ambiance that radiates sophistication created an unforgettable memory. If youâre seeking a bubble tea experience that transcends the ordinary and embraces the extraordinary, Chicha San Chen is the place to be.â

Read moreThe Honey Osmanthus Oolong tea was brilliant, however the Dong Ding Oolong tea was a slight let down for me. I was expecting a stronger punch of Oolong but perhaps this is how CHICHA San Chen would do it even in Taiwan? In saying that, I'd still rate these teas 5 out of 5 star (on Food).
Came back again this afternoon to try the Brown Sugar Bubble and I noticed the service was bad therefore my 3 star rating (on Service). Let me elaborate on that; I believe the store is extremely understaffed with only 2 people making the drinks and nobody taking order in the cashier. I understand there is self service machine, however for those wanting to pay cash, we have to wait until a staff is available to take your order. I have to initiate the conversation with the staff before they eventually make eye contact. I won't be blaming the staff on this but rather the management. I can already foresee the quality of your teas will go down when staff are rushed to...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the discriminatory treatment I experienced at the CHICHA San Chen in Parramatta. During my recent visit, it became painfully obvious that the staff members were treating customers differently based on their ethnicity. Despite both employees noticing my presence, neither of them bothered to inform me about where to place my order. When I finally approached one of them for assistance, they responded with clear reluctance. What shocked me even more was witnessing the same employee's enthusiastic and helpful behavior towards the next customer who identified as "ABC." This blatant difference in treatment based on ethnicity is not only disappointing but also deeply concerning. It is essential that such discriminatory practices are addressed and rectified to ensure an inclusive and respectful environment for...
