The Thai restaurant I recently visited was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The aroma of aromatic spices filled the air, instantly whetting my appetite. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Thai dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. For starters, I ordered the crispy spring rolls, and quail fried wonton they were simply divine. The thin, crunchy exterior perfectly complemented the flavorful filling of vegetables and shrimp. The accompanying sweet chili dipping sauce added just the right amount of tanginess. For the main course, I tried the classic Pad ke mao which was a true highlight. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness. The combination of tender chicken, fresh bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts added layers of taste and texture. The dish was beautifully balanced, with hints of sweetness, saltiness, and a touch of spiciness. Overall, my experience at this Thai restaurant was exceptional. The attentive service, authentic flavors, and delightful ambiance made it a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to indulge in the flavors of Thailand 💯

CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT!! I’ve been to your restaurant a couple times and brought some of my friends because of a pleasant experience. NOT until today. We dine in at your restaurant at around 5pm and ordered some dishes. A beef skewer was served which I had not expected it to be,I wasn’t able to read the whole description and overlook the picture which is obviously my fault. A lady staff served another food which we ordered. I asked her NICELY if there’s any chance I can replace my order with the pork skewer instead but she replied arrogantly NO NO NO and said once you ordered it you can’t change it anymore (in a condescending tone). I said no worries. She then went back near the kitchen and started talking with kitchen staff and other colleagues about what happened in Thai Language and also laughing. I didn’t like how she responded and reacted with my simple query. Because of her and the experience she gave, I DIDN’T ENJOY OUR FOOD!!!!!It messed up my whole experience and my mood. Update| the owner or manager didn’t even bother to respond with complaints. See how their rating is going down. If poor customer service continues, im telling this restaurant is closing down in no time.

It’s my third time here and I loved it in comparison to my first visit which was pretty standard; the food was of course the highlight haha ! There is a special menu which displays 6 dishes, I honestly did not read what those dishes were because there was one dish on the first section that stood out to me which was the ‘Tom yum Fried Rice’ with lime. Sounds simple but the flavours were so good (to my preference). The size was perfect, flavours were just yummy and the smell was mouthwatering. I highly, highly recommend getting the ‘Tom yum Fried Rice with the ‘Chicken Green Curry’, those two dishes really compliment each other too well. I sadly felt that the was overcooked and dry but that didn’t stop me from eating the curry (Compliments to the chefs) 😋🍴go for the beef instead. I also really like the Sizzling Beef with the other two dishes ordered as it did gave a nice additional flavour. Thank you guys and I will definitely be back, maybe tomorrow 😅

I don't really write bad reviews but I just want to be honest because I literally can't even begin to describe how awful our experience was at this so-called "Thai restaurant." My partner and I were hopeful when we walked in, but that quickly faded. First off, the service was nonexistent. We were ignored every single time we placed an order. It got to the point where we literally had to get up and repeat our order to the staff after waiting forever. And guess what? We still didn’t get what we ordered! If we hadn't gone up to the counter to remind them, I’m sure we’d still be waiting.

And don’t even get me started on the portion sizes. We were starving, and what we got could barely feed a child. For the price we paid, we’ve had much larger and better meals at other Thai places. The tiny servings were an insult, and the overall quality of the food didn’t make up for it either.

But that wasn’t even the worst part. As if the terrible service wasn’t enough, we actually found a piece of METAL in our food! Yes, you read that right. When we tried to bring this to the attention of the waitress, she rolled her eyes at us—rolled her eyes! She didn’t apologize, didn’t care, and just acted like it was no big deal. To top it off, when we spoke to the manager, she actually admitted that she has done so. But unfortunately neither her nor the manager had anything to say.

If you’re looking for good Thai food with decent service, do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. And I really do hope someone that cares about this place from the owners does something. This place has some serious issues, from the food quality to the service, and I’ll never be coming back. Avoid...

Thai Riffic in Parramatta offers a mixed dining experience that left me feeling somewhat ambivalent. While the food was decent, the overall experience was marred by several shortcomings.

The menu features a variety of traditional Thai dishes, and the flavors were generally good. The Pad Thai and Green Curry were tasty, though not exceptional. The ingredients seemed fresh, and the portions were adequate. However, the lack of basic condiments like tomato ketchup was surprising and inconvenient.

Service was a significant letdown. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. We had to wait a long time to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When we asked for ketchup, the server informed us they didn't have any, which was quite disappointing. The overall service felt rushed and impersonal, detracting from the dining experience.

The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant enough, with a casual, street-food vibe that fits well with the theme. However, the crowded seating arrangement made it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal. The noise level was also quite high, which added to the discomfort.

In summary, Thai Riffic in Parramatta offers okay food but falls short in terms of service and overall dining experience. The lack of basic condiments and inattentive staff were significant drawbacks. While it's not a terrible place to eat, it doesn't quite live up to the expectations set by its name. A solid three stars for the effort, but there's definitely room for...

The food at this restaurant is decent, which is why I visited for the second time. However, the staff’s attitude toward customers is very strange.

I came with one other person but ordered quite a lot: noodles, laksa, skewers, pork BBQ, chicken wings, and two drinks. Everything tasted fine. But during the meal, I tried to order tissues, steamed rice, and a Sprite by calling over a staff member. The problem was, as soon as I said just one item, the staff would walk away without listening to the rest.

I said “tissue,” and before I could say anything more, they just turned around and walked off. I called them again and said “steamed rice,” and again, they turned and left. They wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. It was incredibly frustrating. I didn’t even feel like getting angry anymore — I just sighed. I honestly have nothing more to say.

It was ridiculous how they seemed so eager to turn around and leave after hearing just one word, as if customers couldn’t possibly have more than one request.

And maybe they knew they were being rude, because when we left after paying, there wasn’t even a simple “thank you” or “goodbye.” With that kind of service, I won’t be coming back.

We ordered $115 worth of food between the two of us, so there were leftovers, and Even though the food at such a restaurant is delicious, I threw it in the trash because I didn't want to look at it or...
