The actual drink was nice, but the service was ABSOLUTELY atrocious.
My wife and I were forced to wait 30+ minutes and our order still had not begun. We were then told they ran out of taro balls and we needed to wait another 5 minutes, which only added to our frustration. It was a baffling display of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.
Moreover, it seemed like they prioritized customers using the machine to order, as people who arrived long after us were getting served promptly. This blatant favoritism left us feeling overlooked and undervalued as customers, exacerbating our disappointment with each passing minute.
Honestly, invest in more staff to handle the demand and stop treating customers like a cash cow to be milked at your convenience. After all, people have a life to live, so is chasing a higher profit margin really worth it when customers are left feeling so jaded by the entire experience that they vow never to return? Surely it's not just about the immediate profit but about fostering long-term loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
My family, friends, and I will most certainly not be returning to this shop. It's a shame because the drink itself was enjoyable, but the abysmal service overshadowed any...
Read moreI've been here a few times and they can be notoriously but that is also because they are not particular fast. If you are looking to be somewhere, this is not the place for you. They brew from scratch to order, through espresso like machines, pushing tea through a filter for a different take on the tea genre. Even in a pearl milk tea equivalent the sago balls taste more of tea than usual, but for any mixed with dairy I think many will struggle to notice a difference to justify the extra time. I've been here a few times. Previously I've seen them work super messy and during extraction, hot water spluttering everywhere, so you may not want to put yourself too close because there is a real chance of getting scalded by it. The main problem seems to be lack of staff and parallelization, they're not particularly efficient making the drinks. The order taking is super slow, because people take their time at the self service machines and the register isn't always attended, but ordering is not really the bottle neck. Personally, I think its decent, but I don't think there's enough difference in the result to make it worth the wait, though people should probably try it if they like tea drinks to see if...

Can we talk about how fascinating it was for them to brew fresh tea and then turn it into bubble tea? 🧋
🅿️ for anyone wanting to drive in I would recomend parking on the side street or there is accessible parking at Wilson’s. It wasn’t busy when we arrived. I heard if you come during the week it’s busy!. There is public transport available from trains and buses.
The location is in a great spot where there is heavy foot traffic, it’s close by to Medan ciak.
The menu is easy to read with recommendations and images being shown.
8/10 for customer service! 8/10 for the bubble tea, there is seating inside.
They both have the dine in and takeaway option I would recommend to come early especially if you are wanting to have a seat, it's first come first serve basis. It gets very busy and you’ll have to wait for you to grab a seat.
Price ranges from $9 up and extra toppings $1
I love the ambience of the place, and the vibe. The customer service however was average, waited awhile for our bubble tea as it took them awhile for them to make it.
Overall experience 8/10
