CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice Ultimo — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been a regular customer of this Coco and I only drink jasmine green tea with pearl topping, EVERY TIME, no exception. Never had a problem. Today, I ordered the same thing. But the screen shows "Jasmine MT" and the price was $7.2 (was always $6.4 before). So I asked again before I pay "I want green tea not milk tea". The front staff said, "yes yes, the same." I was like, okay if you say so.

In the end, the back staff made me a jasmine MILK TEA!!! It would be all right if they just said sorry and made me another one. But the back staff just had to talk back impatiently: we dont have jasmine green tea we only have jasmine milk tea. Next time, you should not say jasmine green tea, you should say green tea because we only have green tea, not jasmine green tea. Meanwhile, the front staff who put the order said nothing and didn't even look me in the eyes when I tried to clarify with her. There was no apology, just impatience and annoyance from the staff. And I still got charged 7.20 for the usually 6.40 pearl green tea.

Awful and terrible service. I just want the black sugar milk tea and she ask me do you want black sugar milk or black sugar milk tea. She asked me twice since I’ve already told her I want black sugar milk tea. When I ask if she can do less black sugar she said no with temper and bad manner, the truth is I do have bought less sugar one in other coco. Then she asked me if I want the large size or medium size. I didn’t hear at the first time and I ask pardon me. She speak really loud and almost yelling at me. I have been a regular customer and every-time I order the same - Roasted Milk Tea, there was this lady at 1:00 PM, Friday - 23 October as the customer service, after giving me with no milk, instead of saying sorry and replacing for taking the wrong order, blamed me, and did not even get to replace due to her rudeness.

We walked out, and are not coming back, do not recommend just for customer service being a disaster, and from the reviews we are not the only ones.

Do not go there, as even if you are a regular, they will not care about you or your order, or correcting...
