I decided to take a leap of faith and try Mums & Bubs CoreFix as I had worked with Caroline during my pregnancy. And Iām so glad that I did! The ease of virtual sessions in the comfort of my own home, a library of resources with unlimited access, and most importantly, a teacher who understands what it is to be a mum - Caroline integrates baby play into each exercise. Signing up for the course worked out as it helped me show up every week for an hour. It also meant I had an activity to do with my baby.
