Domino's Pizza Rozelle — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered three Premium pizzas and one Value Max pizza, all upgraded to family size, which cost an extra $9 per pizza. I also ordered four sides and paid additional for priority delivery. The total order came to $94.

The delivery took just over 50 minutes, and the pizzas arrived only slightly warm. One of the sides was churros, which I upgraded to a 12-pack for an extra $7.50—but they were so hard they were inedible.

I responded to the internal survey, and the manager replied offering just a regular Value pizza and a regular side as compensation. No offer to replace the inedible churros or provide a Premium pizza like what was originally ordered.

After this experience, I won’t be ordering again. I was just too lazy to drive to Totos Pizza—won’t make that mistake again. I’ve learned not to choose convenience...

Missing soft drinks in order; was told 30mins till the order was deliver that he’ll be back. 1hr later the person hasn’t arrived and called 6 times to the store before someone answered.. the “manager” told me that I have to wait other 30 mins, When saying I shouldn’t have to wait anylonger when I’ve paid for it, and requesting a refund, I was told by the manager to “don’t cry over drinks get over it”. I don’t think that’s the response and customer service you expect after they clearly didn’t do anything in the first place to assure the order was completed and delivered accordingly.

Very disappointing and extremely poor...

I’m glad I’m not the only one, I ordered from here few times to see if anything has changed but not. If there’s one thing they are good at is that they are good at making their pizzas bad each and every time, sometimes the ingredients aren’t even correct, pizza is always cold and tossed around and it’s always all over the place. Inconsistent, late, and not as advertised and all they do is apologise each time when you call them to complain and come up with some excuse. I don’t mind the lateness if it’s made properly but pizza comes out terrible despite that. Absolutely...
