Small café with a modern industrial look of concrete roof and walls, softened by timber decor, and in the bar, tables and chairs. I started with a double espresso, which was exquisite, with a nice acidity and sweetness, hints of caramel and hazelnut. Coffee beans are from Headlands coffee, which I understand has recently opened. The 100% arabica coffee blends beans from Colombia, Brasil and Ethiopia.

The egg was poached perfectly and it was finished with the right amount of hollandaise sauce. There is an evident amount of love and dedication in the making of this dish and it was absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed this breakfast with a superb double latte. Read moreI had the best coffee here — hands down! From the first sip, it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they care about their coffee, from the quality of the beans to how well it’s brewed. The aroma alone was enough to make my day.
Even though I only stopped in for a coffee, the food looked absolutely amazing — beautifully plated, fresh, and full of flavor just from the presentation alone. I was seriously tempted to order something on the spot! The menu had a great variety and everything coming out of the kitchen looked top-notch.
The vibe of the place was also so warm and inviting — clean, stylish, and with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The staff were friendly and welcoming too, which made the experience even better.
I genuinely can’t wait to come back and try the food — if it’s anything like the coffee, I know I’m in...

Small little neighbourhood café in Redfern with friendly staff. Very minimalistic with concrete decor. Is by a busy road but not too noisy.
Only came for drinks on a recommendation so can't comment on food. Service takes a little while because they brew it on the spot which is great. Also like that you can adjust the sweetness but they do default to oat milk.
Hojicha Intensity: SS, 9/10. Quite good! I like that the slight bitterness is still there and roasted flavours come through nicely. Consistency: SS+, 9.5/10. No issues. Just a hint of grainy-ness is actually not bad Value: A, 7/10. $8 and a fair bit of ice. Not ideal but pretty standard rates these days.
Matcha Intensity: S, 8/10. It's still good but the nuttiness from the oat milk does distract a bit Consistency: SS+,...
