I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elements Bar And Grill, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, creating an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the food. The T-bone steak I ordered was an absolute delight for my taste buds. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Each bite was a true culinary delight, leaving me thoroughly impressed. The accompanying salad was fresh, vibrant, and served as a refreshing complement to the rich flavors of the steak. The high quality and attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes were evident. I must commend our server, Antonette, for her exceptional service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Antonette's thoughtfulness and genuine care made us feel welcome and well-taken care of throughout our entire meal. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she always had a smile on her face. The overall dining experience at this restaurant was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of the delectable T-bone steak, the fresh and flavorful salad, and the impeccable service provided by Antonette made for a memorable evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of a top-notch dining experience. Kudos to the entire team at Elements Bar and Grill for their dedication to delivering exceptional food and service. I will definitely be returning in the near future to sample more of their culinary delights. Keep up the fantastic work!

🍽️ Nestled in the heart of the city, the restaurant boasts a chic ambience that perfectly complements its delectable offerings. From the moment I stepped in, the attentive and friendly staff set the tone for a delightful evening. The modern decor, dim lighting, and comfortable seating created an inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a casual dinner or a special celebration. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. The menu at Elements Bar and Grill is a symphony of flavors, and I had the pleasure of trying their seafood and steak, which boast and impressive selection. Freshness took centre stage as the meals arrived, adorned with the most buttery mash potato ever and cooked to perfection. My ribeye was incredible. We also trird the tender calamari. Each bite was a burst of oceanic goodness, leaving me craving more. To complement the meal, I opted for a craft mocktail. The mixologist's expertise shone through as the cocktail perfectly complemented the flavours of the dishes. It was evident that Elements Bar and Grill takes pride not only in its culinary creations but also in curating a well-rounded dining experience. In conclusion, Elements Bar and Grill in Sydney is a gem for food enthusiasts seeking a combination of exquisite flavours, impeccable service, and a stylish atmosphere. Highly recommend! 👌 One Dish At a Time 🍽

Terrible food here. I love my steak and coming from Melbourne I also know my food. I don't even know where to begin to comment. The waitress didn't even know what I talking about when I asked her which "cut" she would recommend. She had no clue and pointed to everything as a recommendation. Then when the food came out the real "fun" began where, between 3 waiters/waitresses, they couldn't work out who's steak was who's. Very unprofessional albeit one of them apologising for the "mess". The food was very little to be desired for with old brocolinni and soggy carrots. The steak was the biggest disappointment. They served raw and well done steak as "medium well", and medium well as "well". When feedback was provided, the Manager took one serve to be recooked which ended up being burnt and still raw, and the other serve they ran out of that cut, and only for that to be served medium well as raw. Their potato was overly rich and took that off our steak plates. Any other restaurant would have cooked their steak from scratch and apologized for their error. Instead I was questioned and my friend had to intervene to avoid any argument. When the waitress asked our table how our food was, we told them "there was quite a few problems" to which her response was they are too busy and there are other tables also complaining. Upon settling the bill they didn't change the steak that they ran out of and still charged us the higher cut. They tried to argue it wasn't the case but for a $4 difference I couldn't be bothered given what a terrible experience we had. Out of principle that is not right. The table of girls behind us had exactly the same problems and we spent a good few minutes comparing notes. I would not recommend at all.

I don’t know why many people are complimenting and satisfied with the dishes. It might be only us, but I would like to share what we underwent that night. We visited this place on 14th of March at 7:00pm. Everything was perfect except for miscommunication. I asked for short rib ragù hotpot for the first entree and bistecca alla fiorentina for the main with medium rare When I asked for the size and weight of the T-bone, I was told 150-200g, which I thought was small, but was reassured and told by waitress that I will take 45mins. I agreed and ordered English Mustard and Horseradish for condiments. In fact, it took an hour to get the steaks. But, so far so good. The problem was the grill and size: we asked for MR, but the result was more R, which was closer to Blue, and my friend was already annoyed. Also, we were told the size was 1kg with bone, but in fact it was 800g without bone. And the bone itself looked to be well over 300g. I don't want to compare it with the other restaurants, but it was a bit smaller than the 850g bone-in steak served at the steakhouse where myself is working. I asked the waiter and he said “it is definitely 1kg”. But it doesn't look like 1 kg by any stretch of the imagination. Also, the condiments I asked for did not come, and when I asked for them, there was no horseradish, but three kinds of mustard. The atmosphere and customer service is good, but the size of the steaks and lack of communication is poor and disappointing. Improvement needed. Just to compare, I would post the steak from different restaurant.

We came here on a Saturday evening after watching a footy game at the SCG (an easy 20 minute walk from the SCG). We ordered the scotch fillet, the double cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and creamed spinach. The meat is top notch! The scotch fillet was cooked beautifully and it was a good quality cut with fatty meaty juices in each bite! The mash on the side was also great - super buttery and smooth. They use dry aged beef patties which I had never tried before so was keen to taste the difference to a normal beef patty. They were delicious - a lot beefier tasting than a usual burger so definitely more rich and dense. A double cheeseburger was probably overdoing it (will only do the single next time! haha). Whilst still an amaing burger would have probably suggested adding onions to the burger and perhaps more of a mustard kick in their mustard aioli - still very enjoyable though! Everything was well presented and food came quickly. It was very busy on the Saturday night so suggest booking if you're looking to eat here. Would definitely recommend this to others in need of a meat fix!

I recently dined at Elements Smokehouse and Bar with three friends during the Christmas season, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite making a reservation in advance, we were seated at an incredibly cramped table. As you can see from the photo, there was barely enough space to fit all our plates, drinks, and side dishes, let alone enjoy our meal comfortably. The lack of proper seating arrangements made it extremely difficult to eat and enjoy the evening. For a festive dinner, this was far from the level of service we expected. A reservation should come with the assurance of a well-prepared and accommodating dining setup, but this was not the case here. While the food looked appealing, the cramped setup and lack of space overshadowed the experience. For a restaurant positioned as a festive dining spot, this was a letdown. I hope the management addresses these issues and ensures better seating arrangements for future guests. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for a special occasion if you're expecting a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
