As an Argentinian, I was very excited to hear we had a new empanadas factory in Rozelle and that is probably why I got so dissapointed. The store seem to have an interesting amount of Latin products (like Colombian, Venezuelan, etc) but they barely have empanadas. They only have 4 flavours (not all of them in stock) and they are all gluten free, so don't expect to find traditional empanadas there (the store name doesn't represent what they offer). The "empanadas" were fried and the gluten free dough tasted a lot like corn. The fillings were very basic and not so tasty.

Here some recommendations for the store:

1. Add a selection of traditional empanadas (not just gluten free)
2. Add options of baked, not just fried (not that fried was a problem, but you are an "empanadas factory" after all)
3. Add some excitement to the fillings. E.g. the "cheese" one would improve if you add ham or onion (and please use mozzarella instead). Add spring onion or bechamel to the chicken one. Get rid of the vegetarian one (that one felt like a bad take on a somosa).
4. I can't comment about the beef one because was not in stock. That is usually the main option, overindex your inventory.
