Service is terrible! Went here this afternoon with my client that just wanted to have a nice chat as he loves to interact with the public. They didn’t even acknowledge him and then he said “ok no one cares” and one of the girls working nodded. I then went to order and they all just stared blankly and didn’t serve me for a few minutes. The three people working especially the dude looked like they hated life. When he served me and my client just looked at us to order no “hi” or “what can I get you” and also no thank you. Said absolutely nothing. Customer service needs to be taught to these staff and seems to be a reacurring trend with a lot of the other reviews. Very disappointing. Also the girl making my drink, her hair wasn’t tied back and she was consistently toughing her hair and then would go back to make my drink. I’m no longer surprised by the 2.3-star rating for this Gloria Jean’s location. I ordered two Cookies & Cream and a KitKat Ice Blend, but the drinks were melting like an iced latte. When I approached the counter to address the issue, the male owner immediately responded with attitude, stating, “This is how we’ve been doing it for over 16 years.” He raised his voice in my face and said, “If you want, I’ll make it again, and it’ll be the same thing!” As a regular Gloria Jean’s customer for several years, I know these drinks were not up to the usual standard. More importantly, customer service makes all the difference, and the owner was extremely rude. I will never return to this location and plan to file a complaint with Gloria Jean’s head office. One of the worst Gloria Jean's. The staff don't really acknowledge you, there isn't any friendly customer service and you always feel hurried along, even if there are no customers.

I've been here a few times, as I tend to come to this shopping centre often and really wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee and just sit around and read in the food court.

However, this place is a hit or miss. When the young adults are working, the coffee is terrible, it's milky and has no coffee flavour. But when the older adults are working, the coffee is better.
