This is my favourite place to get Boba. I will admit that it can be a bit hard to order if it’s your first time and you might want some tips as it’s a little complicated but once you know what you want, it’s easy. Part of the reason it’s complicated is because the drunks are so customisable. You can choose the amount of ice, sugar and toppings. There is no limit to the number of toppings, but each topping costs 50¢ There are milk teas and fruit teas. Personally, I haven’t tried any of the milk teas but my sister says that taro milk tea is pretty good. My personal order is peach green tea with tapioca pearls and rainbow jelly, which gives you about 600-700 ml of drink for about $7. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s worth it because you cannot get anything like it anywhere else. Is a Vietnamese run organisation that my Vietnamese friend showed me and it’s been my go-to ever sconce. It’s the highlight of lots of my trips to the malls and is one of a kind. Top tier place in my opinion, so why not...
Read moreI attempted to order a “Three brothers milk tea” but KYLIE, the server, looked confused. So I repeated twice. Unfortunately KYLIE still can’t understand so I explained that it’s the milk tea with three toppings. Thank goodness KYLIE got it but KYLIE said “Oh you mean 3Js! Just remember it’s called 3Js next time.” Interesting, it seems that the prices here don’t just cover the tea, they include a milk tea lesson too! ( I believe most milk tea lovers would understand whether it’s called three brothers or three three guys)
And I ordered an oolong milk tea with standard sugar/ice, But they initially made just oolong tea without milk. When I pointed it out, they remade it, but I ended up with a milk tea that had so much empty space (photo attached). What a...
Read moreDuring my recent visit, I was taken aback by the rudeness of the staff. The server seemed unwelcoming, greeting customers with a grumpy expression instead of a friendly smile. When I asked for a receipt for my order, she didn’t provide it right away; I had to request it three times before she finally handed it over. Curiosity got the better of me, and when I inquired about her name, she flat out refused to tell me, questioning why I wanted to know. I felt compelled to speak up, telling her that it's important to treat customers with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience has left me with little desire to return to this establishment...
