Me and my partner ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, waited for 32 mins and we received them cold even freezing, and when we tried to tell the man about this issue his reply was that he can't do anything for us, no refund no other choices! Unfortunately we had to throw the sandwiches in the bin since we can't give them to anyone (for a person or even a pet) due to covid!
