Read more3 of us had luch today at this place. We were shown their lunch menu where most dishes are $19.80 each. We selected 3 dishes to share. One was bbq pork and roast duck with rice. The bbq pork and choy sum were cold, rice was barely warm. The most obvious is the size of the dish was half of what appeared in the photos. The quantity of bbq pork and duck was half of what was shown. Then the marinated duck with rice came, also half size with rice which was barely warm. The stir-fried beef with rice noodle was normal. When the first 2 dishes arrived and we found the problems we raised it with the manager. At this time the cook (possibly the owner) was out talking with a waiter, so the cook, waiter and the manager acknowledged the issues we riased. They then disappeared with no response, as if we were lying. When paying our bill, the manager charged us for 4 dishes. When we questioned her of the overcharge, she argued that on her record we had consumed 4 dishes although she soon realised she was caught. Never will we visit this...

It is a wet evening. My wife and I check in our luggage at the Central Station so hat we are free to move about looking for food.
We pass by the restaurant looking at the promotional display information displayed at the window. The restaurant serves traditional dishes just like hat Mum used to cook.

The staff speaks Cantonese, but they are also fluent in Mandarin and probably not quite in English.
The teapot, teacup and saucer win hands down compare with some Chinese restaurants.
If we are not that full after a very lunch, we would have tried more dishes. The clay pot dish is really piping hot,...
