CURRENCY EXCHANGE ECLIPSE ccs convenience — Local services in Sydney

Would not recommend going here. The rates are definitely not the best. There’s many nearby currency exchanges that give better rates. I honestly feel ripped off because the person knew I needed cash and this was the only place open (9 pm). So the person here lowballed me. They’re only good because of their hours of operation but their rates are not great.

Edit** To the owner, of course you will not find me in your system, the person who helped me never gathered any of my information. The clerk didn’t give me any paperwork on the exchange or how much the rate is. I saw the rates on your board but the clerk just gave me an amount and pretty much told me to take it or leave it. He seemed annoyed that I disturbed his YouTube video session trying to exchange my USD for AUD.

I’m no longer in the country so I’m not sure how you’re going to “help me”. I went to exchange the same amount of currency at a store inside the mall at Haymarket (who had the same exact rates as your store) and they gave me $31 AUD more than your store did. This is why I wrote the review, because I feel you guys ripped me off of $31 AUD and this is an honest review.

Don’t come here if you’re desperate for immediate cash because they will low ball you and give you whatever rate in my case....

Very friendly, helpful and competitive forex currency rates. No commissions or fees. I needed a money exchange on a Sunday and Eclipse Currency Exchange were open when the majority of big currency exchange names close on Sundays. I found them via Google Search and contacted the store before walking over. Very helpful and friendly service and what I loved is that they also have small notes. I’m travelling to the States with my family tomorrow so to have smaller denomination USD is very helpful. This place also does passport photos for I think it was either $29 or $39? for 4 photos.
