I recently got my student visa granted with the incredible help of Miss Mica Gammad, and I couldn’t be more thankful. From the moment I started my application, I was REALLY lost, confused, and constantly anxious. But Miss Mica guided me through every step, providing solutions to my worries and ensuring the process went smoothly.

This is the second time she has assisted me with my visa. The first time was for a simple extension due to COVID, where her professionalism and expertise stood out. However, during this recent, more complicated application, her empathetic and quick-witted nature truly shined. Miss Mica was always quick to respond, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and kindness. She made me feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how trivial they might have seemed, and always provided reassuring answers.

First I called them through their website and Summer Li was very nice and accommodating with all my questions, and she was very quick in sending me all the details I needed to renew my visa.
