Little Cha Bubble Tea - Neapen Village — Restaurant in Sydney

Went to Little cha to order 3 drinks while waiting for the doctors waited at counter to be served for 5-10 minutes, they were busy, I understood as it was lunchtime. When she finally came over she said I can just order on the app and went back to making drinks so I did. Double checked with her to make sure I was selecting the right store as there are 3 in Penrith she said it was correct, finalised order waited another 10-15 minutes. She was just standing around I asked how long till my drinks were ready and she checked her machine and said she didn’t have it. I showed my phone and she said that was the wrong store and that she couldn’t do anything and walked off. Won’t give me a head office number to call to get it fix, as it was a $30 order.

I had to call the other store (after finding it myself) to pause making the order as I wouldn’t be able to get there for another 30 minutes as it was time for me to take my sister back to the doctors. Penrith plaza store was very accommodating told them a rough time of me getting there and had my order ready and sitting in their freezer so the drinks would still be fresh and upgraded the sizes for the inconveniences.

Nepean village store was very disorganise and dirty. The counter signs had stains all over them. You could tell by looking at the counters that they had not been cleaned that day and this was at 12pm, even if they were busy all morning it does not explain for the disgusting signs. I would not go to this store and take the extra couple minutes to drive...

Literally the best bubble tea place. They have jumbo sized cups that are literal mini buckets for really cheap as well. Well made and the quality is top notch. Visited last week. Young lady at this store is an absolute sweetheart. I couldn't see a name tag but she was little and very kind.
