Go to bahn mi. While living just a two minute walk away, I regularly relied on the artistry of the rolls you'll find here for well over a year. The meats, baguette, salad and service are all key parts of my memories of living in Newtown. I exclusively order the crackling which is always fresh and phenomenal, however the pork and chicken options are equally as reliable. This place is a hidden Gem. They do a few choices exceptionally well. Great basic Pho (Chicken and beef) but where they shine are the Vietnamese Rolls. Ample servings of delicious fresh ingredients at a great price.The juice bar is wonderful with a huge healthy selection with great smoothies. The coffee is Newtown standard, worthy of the location. Couple great food with warm friendly service with a smile from the lovely proprietor and you can dine in a pleasant clean location or take away. I rate this...

YUM! Amazing pork rolls and one of my faves in Sydney and definitely the best in Newtown! I always go the roast pork, generous amount of pork with good crackle to meat ratio, great fresh pickles and veg, yummy patè and great dripping sauces! Bread is on the crispier/drier side but that’s ok. Juices and salads are also great and very well priced!
