I don't quite understand the negative reviews. Sushi musa is great - I was pleasantly surprised they have opened in Parramatta as we used to go often to the one in Rousehill. Sushi is fresh and delicious so we always tend to go there when craving sushi. Probably one of the best ones in the area. When it comes to negative comments regarding selection - it's a sushi train. It really depends on your timing, I understand that their selection can't be massive during off peak hours as majority would go to waste. I tend to be rather picky but I never struggled to find what I like. You can always order from the menu and the staff is always helpful. Thanks for the delicious sushi! :)

This is one of my favourite sushi train venues because it's quick and accessible. It can be quite busy but that's ok because it means that the sushi is always fresh and the food turn over is fast. Nothing spends too long on the conveyor belt before being snapped up. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love that you can see the chefs making the plates up while you wait. It's really impressive to see their knife skills and dexterity. You can also order hot food off the menu. They have karaage don and noodles too.

I was firstly confused as this store's name Sushi Musa or Sushi Bay, as we were looking for Sushi Bay but all the information and photos were 4-5 years ago. If it was replaced by Sushi Musa, it should be removed from Google. Anyway we dined in Sushi Musa, nice and very fair price. 1 of our dish was forgotten but not major problem. We liked their black tobiko nigiri. Yummy peach mochi as well. We liked their hurricane nigiri the most. It was right at the Westfield Parramatta and train station so it was convenient.

First time visiting since it changed from Sushi Bay. Unfortunately, the poor service really dominated our experience.

We sat at a vacant table that had some left over mess from previous patrons and after waiting a few minutes asked a staff member to clear our table. She looked at us, as if we were being rude and said, "there are clean tables in the back". I was a bit taken aback, I mean you are supposed to clean this table regardless if someone is sitting at it. She eventually caved and partially cleared the table and gave our table a single wipe with a chux that actually smeared some spilled soy sauce across our table.

This same staff member later walked through the restaurant and came across an empty paper chopstick wrapper on the floor. Instead of throwing it in the bin, she simply kicked it aside into the decorative pebbles adjacent to the window. Honestly, she wasn't that busy.

A couple left whilst we were there (didn't seem happy) and on the way out, the man said "excuse me" to one of the chefs, not rudely but loud enough for anyone in the vicinity to hear. The chef pretended like he didn't exist, and the girl pushed her partner along seemingly hoping to avoid any conflict.

I hope the manager can find a way to motivate their staff, or get rid of them and elevate your standards. Some people are just not suitable for hospitality work, especially the one with half and half black and...

The first thing that stood out was the lack of cleanliness, it looks old and dirty. We walked in with my family, and a boy with very poor attitude steered us to sit at the train where some customers had just finished eating. After preceding to remove the dishes from the last customers he gave the bench a wipe with a small and dirty rag, doing a very poor job of what should have been cleaning a surface for dining. I pointed out to him that it was still dirty as were the stools and he got a tissue and pushed bits of food off the stools. We finally sat down, and the food on the train seemed like it had been there for a while . . We signalled to the chef we wanted to order, and he called out to someone to come out, instead of taking the order from us, like the table next to us.

The food was below average.

While I was eating, one of the staff began to clean the table next to us and simply flicked bits of food towards me instead of wiping, some landing on me and the chairs.

I asked for the bill, and it was over $80 for sub-standard bland sushi. I started feeling ill about 30 minutes after eating. Something did not sit well with me. I'm still feeling rumbling in my stomach a day after eating there.

I do not...

We arrived at the restaurant just after 8pm. Lined up in the queue and able to have our seats after a while. There were not many raw fish related sushi in the conveyor belt. So we ordered from the menu.

Overall, the food was average. The soft shell crab handroll was unacceptable. It fell apart when I tried to pick it up and eat. It was badly wrapped and too oily.

Then at 8:55pm, we were told to put the remaining unfinished sushi in a takeaway container and make our way out because they closed at 9pm.

The worst was that the waitress included the dishes from the next table in my bill without asking. They only corrected after I questioned the billed amount. They were careless and rushed to leave. My advice to you all is definitely...
