They have very long tables that surround these teppanyaki grills, and it’s somewhat of an interactive performance with the chef as you watch your food get grilled and then served to you. The staff are nice and their servings are generous and fresh. It is a great place to host events with bigger groups (at least 5 people) as the atmosphere is very lively and cheery. Exciting place for children too, but they need to be kept safe from the fire. The only problem I have is with the wastage. The chefs like to throw bits of food into your mouth. I understand this is a tradition of the restaurant and it sounds like a cute idea, but most people fail to catch it and they keep trying, which leads to a lot of food dropping on the ground. I just feel like in this day and age we should be more mindful of wasting food unnecessarily like this just for entertainment purposes. I think perhaps only save it for children or the birthday boy/girl would be a nice way to reduce waste but still keep the tradition living 🥰🥰

theatrics aplenty: fire, catching raw eggs, towers of fried rice, and having omelette rapidly thrown at you. expect to leave with food in your hair or down your clothes. the kids menu is good value and includes ice cream, whilst we opt for a standard menu which includes beef, chicken, fish and prawns. everyone gets salad, stir fried veggies and fried rice. average grade produce but satisfying enough for kids. adults and kids given same portion sizes. adults can get the prawn legs further cooked into crunchy edible morsels. was yearning for a little more veggies, left with room and time for dessert elsewhere (done within an hour). around us on the weeknight are birthday celebrations and workplace team dinners. the chefs drum up the energy to entice you to participate, it gets noisy! floor can be slippery - be careful. service was basic, didn’t clean up broken eggs on the floor until after we left. the fitout felt dull and in want of an update.

Way too noisy as you're all in the same open area. No decorations or warm cultural entrance feel, its like entering a food hall. The chef is all right, entertaining for the kids, especially when he ignites a 'big fire'. The food choices are limited and quite simple, nothing you can't cook in a few minutes at home let's say. Beef was ok, just a normal steak in pieces, not the wagyu I expected like at my first time Teppanyaki at a different venue. Also, it was quite a disappointment that I couldn't simply order it as an add on. What really astounded me was that a few minutes after the chef left (in a hurry), an older woman simply barged in to our place and started cleaning the cooking plate, scraping it and whipeing it with disgusting cloths and took a bowl from my wife without asking, to dump the dirt in, scraped off the plate. Disgusting, rude, unmannered, appaling. Yes, we got the message, pay and leave in urge.

This place is very overrated. The food is just below average at best and not so substantial. Although the staff were very nice and trying their best, it took 15-30minutes for us to begin to be served food and receive any drinks. The first table we were given was dirty and needed rewiping. They then proceeded to move us to another table due to a dysfunctional grill, which was uncleaned and had excess foods from the previous group cooking. To me this shows extreme disorganisation here. The games played with food seem a little out of play, whereas other teppanyaki places I have been had an extremely accurate aim and experience without mess to your clothing and hair. These chefs throw food and miss, get it in your hair and all over your clothes. Honestly, i don't even think they were Japanese, probably Chinese. I have relied on the previous highly rated reviews, which I'm quite disappointed with, and have let me down. My thoughts are that they haven't had a good teppanyaki experience. As an asian, i don't even feel some of the rice was cooked substantially it was still crunchy when i bit into it. It's fun but there are better options people, the good ratings are from people that have little experience with asian food,...

You go to this restaurant for the teppanyaki in which they cook your food in front of you not for the service or quality of food which is below average. It is entertaining but very loud in the restaurant, and VERY EXPENSIVE for what it is. You are paying for the show and entertainment, you certainly are not paying for the service which is horrible. You each have a sauce for you to dip your food into. At the start of our meal the waiter was setting something down on our table, he knocked over the sauce spilling it all over the table, on the chopsticks and plate and serviette... He didn't even bother cleaning it so I had to get up and I went to him and asked him for a towel so I can wipe up what he spilt. He was embarrassed and came back to wipe up the mess....but he was just going to leave it there for the entire dinner. That's bad service, can't be bothered to clean it up. We also had to ask for our salad and Miso soup which they forgot. The bathroom was also filthy which says a lot about a place. For 4 adults and 1 kid it was $230 plus. Way too expensive and not enough food. We had to eat more food when we got home. Plenty of better restaurants out there for this price. Won't be going back, definitely...
