Phononenon is conveniently located just outside North Sydney station, which makes it a handy spot for a quick lunch.

I ordered the combination beef pho $18.50 and my friend had the chicken pho. The broth was nice but the portions were on the smaller side. Unfortunately, the beef in mine was quite dry and didn’t taste very fresh. My friend felt the same about her chicken – the pieces were dry and a little tough.
